 5. Click Auto Debit Arrangement>Setup Now

 6. Choose Unionbank and read Home Credit and Unionbank Terms and Condition then
    tap Continue

 7. Log in UB Credentials > enter OTP

 8. Choose the Account you want to enroll. Check details and Confirm Enrollment

Our goal is to make sure you are protected in case of an accident. This coverage
protects you and your family members if one of which sustains accidental death

This benefit is only paid if your loss is caused by accident and not any other
reason. The loss must happen within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date
of the accident.


WHAT IS LOSS?

LOSS in relation to hands or feet means complete severance at or above the wrist
or ankle, and for eyes, it means total irreversible loss of sight.

THE COVERED LOSSES ARE LISTED BELOW:

 * Loss of sight in one or both eyes
 * Loss of hearing in one or both ears
 * Loss of the use of a hand or foot
