Why we are reaching out
UBS Financial Services Inc. has a stock benefit plan account in your name and it
is currently coded as "inactive" or as having an "unknown address".

 

A previous email was sent to you regarding this matter in May. If you have
already responded, please disregard this notice. 

 
What this means
If you do not take action, the account will be considered abandoned property. US
abandoned property laws require financial institutions like us to send unclaimed
property to the state if we do not have confirmation of the owner's correct
address and/or after a period of inactivity. This is called "escheatment."
 
What you need to do—and by when

You need to call us and update your information soon or we will transfer your
assets to the state.1

 
What else you might want to know

In order to make every attempt to keep your account from becoming abandoned
property, you may also receive—or have already received—a notice from the UBS
Abandoned Property Team regarding this matter through postal mail. 

 

To avoid the risk of escheatment make sure you stay in touch. This means you
should proactively interact with us. Here are some ways to do this:

 * Call us at the appropriate number below
 * Keep your contact information current 

* Emails must be received from an email address currently on your account
profile.

 

Don't wait too long. Call us to record your account activity. Representatives
are available from 3 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET.  Due to the high call volume, hold
times may be increased.
