our six locations: the 27,000 square foot Big Top Production Facility & Taproom
located half a mile from the Biltmore Estate, the South Slope Specialty Brewery
& Taproom located in the South Slope region of downtown specializing in sour and

LAGER

This true American lager is as approachable as it is delicious, a perfect
balance of light Pilsen malt and German hops. Extensively lagered until the beer
reaches peak maturity, this lager is your handcrafted option when only a
refreshing, light beer will do.

Available year-round in 6-packs of 16oz cans.

IMPORTANT FEATURE: This beer is lagered for 7 weeks to ensure proper flavor and
cleanness, much longer than typical craft lagers.
