Ultimately, building-up their capacity to turn challenges into opportunities and maximize their role as project & portfolio managers. After an introductory presentation, participants will explore few case studies, each posing a different problem. Each table group will work autonomously on one case for about 30 minutes, discussing different aspects and possible solutions. Then participants will move on to the next table to dive into another topic. All the discussion results will be written down.
