<h4 id="clientq1">I get a message that my user name is invalid. What should I do?</h4>
<p> The user name you enter must match a valid user name we have stored in our system. Please try entering your user name again and remember that user names are not case sensitive. If your attempt is unsuccessful, please review the
email sent to you when you were registered for your PwC account, or inquire with your PwC contact. </p>
<h4 id="clientq2">I forgot my username. How do I retrieve it?</h4>
<p> Please review the e-mail sent to you when you were registered for your PwC account, or inquire with your PwC Contact. </p>
<h4 id="clientq3">I get a message that my password is invalid. What should I do?</h4>
<p> Your password must match the password we have stored in our system with your user name. Please validate that you are using the correct account name and try re-entering your password. Remember, passwords are case sensitive. If your
attempt is unsuccessful, select the <em>Forgot your password?</em> link under the <em>Need Help Logging In</em> section and answer your security question, which will reset your password. </p>
<h4 id="clientq4">I forgot my password. Can I have it reset?</h4>
<p> From the Log in screen, select the <em>Forgot your password?</em> link under the <em>Need Help Logging In</em> section. You will be asked to answer a security question. Your answer must exactly match the answer you provided while
setting up your security questions during the registration process (answer is not case sensitive). <br><br> If you answer correctly, your password will be reset and you will receive an email containing your new temporary password.
<br><br> If you again answer incorrectly, you will receive an error message advising you to try again. If you continue to answer incorrectly, you will eventually be locked out and will need to request assistance from your PwC
contact. </p>

What should I do? * I forgot my username. How do I retrieve it? * I get a message that my password is invalid. What should I do? * I forgot my password. What do I do? * When does my session expire? * Why does my session expire? * Why doesn't the system ever remember me? * What if I typed in the wrong email address? * What do I do if I have additional questions? I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY USER NAME IS INVALID. WHAT SHOULD I DO? The user name you enter must match a valid user name we have stored in our system. Please try entering your user name again and remember that user names are not case sensitive. If your attempt is unsuccessful, please review the email sent to you when you were registered for your PwC account, or inquire with your PwC contact. I FORGOT MY USERNAME. HOW DO I RETRIEVE IT? Please review the e-mail sent to you when you were registered for your PwC account, or inquire with your PwC Contact. I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY PASSWORD IS INVALID. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Your password must match the password we have stored in our system with your user name. Please validate that you are using the correct account name and try re-entering your password. Remember, passwords are case sensitive. If your attempt is unsuccessful, select the Forgot your password? link under the Need Help Logging In section and answer your security question, which will reset your password. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. CAN I HAVE IT RESET? From the Log in screen, select the Forgot your password? link under the Need Help Logging In section. You will be asked to answer a security question. Your answer must exactly match the answer you provided while setting up your security questions during the registration process (answer is not case sensitive). If you answer correctly, your password will be reset and you will receive an email containing your new temporary password. If you again answer incorrectly, you will receive an error message advising you to try again. If you continue to answer incorrectly, you will eventually be locked out and will need to request assistance from your PwC contact. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RESET PASSWORD EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO? If you used the Forgot your password? link under the Need Help Logging In section to reset your password,but have not received the email containing your temporary password, please check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from either pwc_it_comms@us.pwc.com or pwc_it_comms@global-central.pwc.com. Please add both to your trusted senders, so that future emails from PwC will not be blocked. If you cannot locate an email containing your temporary password in either your spam or junk folders, please request assistance from your PwC contact. WHEN DOES MY SESSION EXPIRE? After 20 minutes of inactivity, your browser session expires and you must log in again to continue accessing your PwC page(s). WHY DOES MY SESSION EXPIRE? The intent of session expiration is to lessen the chance of an unauthorized person using your session to access the information contained on your PwC page(s). WHY DOESN'T THE SYSTEM EVER REMEMBER ME?
