WELCOME! WHAT CAN WE HELP YOU WITH?

You have a computing account at the University of Calgary which gives you access
to a wide range of online services. We can help you change your password,
recover your username and password if you have forgotten it, or register your
account here.

You can use your IT account to access My UCalgary, on-campus Wi-Fi, your
@ucalgary.ca e-mail, computer labs, and more.

Not a current student or staff? Use your eID account to apply to join, view
previous transcripts and tax forms, or access a variety of guest services.

OTHER UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY ACCOUNTS

SecurID and two-factor authentication: If you need to resynchronize your token
or change your pin, you can do so at RSA Self-Service Console. If you forgot
your pin, please contact the IT Support Centre.

Continuing Education: If you need to reset your Continuing Education password,
you can do so at My ContEd.

Active Living: Active Living uses your IT username or eID, please select "Reset
my password" or "Recover my account" to get started. If you registered an Active
Living account and need to reset your password, you can do so at Active Living
account recovery.

If you have a special account with your department or faculty, please contact
your department or faculty's main office by searching the contacts directory.
