Project-1 is a fully loaded pre workout, created with top tier performance in
mind. The comprehensive blend of ingredients in Project-1 will take your energy,
focus, strength, performance, and results to an all-new level regardless of the
athletic activity you choose to participate in.*

First and foremost, the balanced, smooth, but extensive energy blend you will
find in Project-1 is unparalleled. With 350 milligrams of PURE Caffeine
Anhydrous and a smooth long-lasting feel with 50 active milligrams of the
trademarked ingredient, TeaCrine®, you are sure to have incredible energy and
focus to power through any workout.*

In order to take advantage of the increase in strength and performance that
ingredients in Project-1 support, first we have to help stimulate muscle protein
synthesis.* We do that with a scientifically backed 2:1:1 BCAA blend consisting
of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine, the three branched-chain amino acids to help
promote Muscle Protein Synthesis.* We backed that up with adding a solid 2.5
grams of Betaine Anhydrous. This particular amino acid can play a part in
balancing hydration in and around the muscle cell to give you extra muscle
endurance during your workout as well as to help boost muscle protein synthesis
during and after your training.*

Next, we hit you with a full 6 grams of Citrulline Malate and 5 whole grams of
Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin. This combo can help with strength and overall

HOW TO USE

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop in 8-10 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to
training. Project-1 is a powerful pre workout so never exceed 1 scoop at a time
and never exceed more than 2 scoops in a 24 hour period. Make sure to consume a
minimum of 120 oz of water daily while using Project-1.

WHAT TO AVOID

WARNING: NEVER EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE of Project-1™. Not intended for use by
individuals less than 21 years of age. This product is intended for use by
healthy adults between 21-55 years of age. Before consuming Project-1 seek
