WELCOME TO ATCO ELECTRICITY'S SELF SERVE PORTAL

What we need to get started:
Site location.
Please provide the legal land description. You can find this on your property
tax statement. Alternatively you can use a GPS coordinate, you can get this from
Google maps.
Voltage and service size you require.
Our Customer Operating Load Brochure will describe what you need to know about
your voltage and service size. If you are unsure, your electrician will have
this information.
Site Plan.
A diagram of your site including the proposed transformer location and requested
powerline route. A PDF or AutoCAD (DWG) or JPEG format files are accepted.
Please see the example in the link below.
Single Line Diagram (SLD).
A symbolic representation of your power system (For oilfield customers only).
Email address.
A proposal letter will be emailed to the email address provided.
Who is this tool for?
New rural electrical services, new extension ≤ 500m overhead and/or ≤ 200m
underground. Rural connections are for all customers outside cities or towns,
can include hamlet or villages.
Farm breaker changes - Intake of information only.
Adding yard light to an existing pole.
Installing a yard light on a new pole.
Who is this tool not for?
Microgeneration
Oilfield and Industrial (over 75kW)
This tool is to be used when power poles and/ or a transformer is required on
site to provide power to a location that does not have power. For
energize/connections only or existing services that require upgrading or
downgrading, please call 1-800-668-2248.
This tool is NOT to be used for projects in crown land, Rural Electrification
Association (REA) projects, or salvage/removal projects.
