Founded in 2016 by our CEO Julian Weselek, we have been transforming travel
planning in the DACH region and France. Our success is rooted in a highly

What is the role about?

 * Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of our B2C
   communication channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Live Chat) together with the
   CRM team
 * Collaborate closely with the CRM team to optimize our customer communication
   journeys
 * Work in tandem with the sales department to plan and execute releases that
   enhance the customer journey especially in the top funnel
 * Define the future path to grow our customer account and related customer user
   flows to a valuable product that supports our customers along their journey
   and that drives efficiency gains for our internal processes
 * Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to
   identify opportunities for improvements and to shape requirements, features
   and end products.
 * Define growth goals and metrics through data analysis and user research
 * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the product
   development ahead of the curve
 * Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth functioning and
   continuous improvement of the digital platforms

 

What will you need to be successful?

 * 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on B2C products and
   a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product
   throughout its lifecycle
 * Previous experience with optimizing conversion rates and growth funnels
 * Strong project management skills as well as the ability to work in a
   fast-paced environment
 * Problem-solving mindset with a passion to crunch numbers 
 * Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written (German is
   a plus)
