Usually an amazing app. Great videos and filters! But lately it hasn't been
working. I open the app and have to wait like five minutes for a single video to
load. Then once I finish that video and scroll to the next one, I have to wait
another five minutes for that to load. I've tried updating it, deleting it, and
even restarting my phone, But nothing works! Please fix this ASAP!!!!

Overall the app in my opinion is great but the only issue I have is liking
videos. Every time I like any video it does not stay in my liked video section.
It just automatically disappears right after and I lose the video forever. Even
if I go to my recently watched videos and try to find it, I can still not keep
it in my liked videos. I even tried making a new account and uninstalling the
app and nothing worked. If this is something that can get fixed I would really
appreciate that.

The app for entertainment purposes is great. However, if you try creating
content you might not have the same experience. My video editing features did
not receive the update despite numerous troubling shooting and having once had
it (somehow reverted?). I've had an open ticket with the support team since
November with no resolution in sight. Can be extremely frustrating if you ever
are in need of help and can't find an answer from other users
