It is with heavy hearts that we wish to advise that the owners of Caring 4 All
Abilities have decided that they will be ceasing services.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the last 8 months. We
will ensure that all of the participants we are supporting find a support

Welcome to Caring 4 All Abilities, where we understand the importance of finding
the right Support Coordinator who truly connects with you and empowers you to
create the life you choose. We believe that making an informed choice is

LOCAL TO YOUR AREA

We ensure that the Support Coordinator is familiar with your local area, and can
provide recommendations for localised Service Providers. By having an in depth
knowledge of the local area, your Support Coordinator will be able to link you
with supports that are close to you !


CONTINUITY OF CARE

We value continuity of care, which is why we have implemented a Support
Coordination team  system. If your assigned coordinator is unavailable for a day
or more, we have an alternative Support Coordinator who is familiar with your
needs and plan. This way, you won’t have to wait until your Support Coordinator
returns to receive the support you require. Are you a Plan Manager looking for
support? You are in the right place!

We also recognise that each disability is unique, and our Support Coordinators
are well-equipped to work with a wide range of disabilities. Furthermore, they
have areas of specialisation, enabling them to provide focused attention and
support when required. We will ensure you have access to support tailored to
your specific needs.

Naomi has been in the disability industry for over 20 years. Naomi began her
journey into NDIS on the ground as a Support Worker. She has two of her children
with disabilities and struggled with trying to support them before the NDIA
world. She loved supporting her participants in the community and exploring new
places.

Naomi enjoys her work as a Support Coordinator, assisting people with their
plans and achieving their goals. Naomi will not stop until she knows she has
achieved what she strives to do, always keeping an eye on the important things.
Naomi enjoys supporting people with their NDIS goals and loves making a
difference in people’s lives.

Jo is joining the Caring 4 All Abilities team with experience in the Social,
Community, Home Care & Disability Services industry. My experience ranges from
Support Work, Scheduling Coordination, Disability Employment and Administration.
I came into this industry with a passion to support, guide and encourage all
individuals from all backgrounds. I wish to support individuals to overcome
barriers, and work towards a common goal of achieving the highest standard of
care, support, and assistance in all areas, for the betterment of their health
and quality of life.

Andrea has lived in QLD for the past 7 years, originally from NSW.

She have worked in the Disability industry for over 20 years with many years of
Mental Health experience included in this time. She started as a special needs
teachers aide then moved to support worker, team leader, operations manager and
support coordinator, which she has done over the past 5 years. She is passionate
about supporting participants to live their best life and follow their dreams.
She has lived experience with people with disabilities and is caring and
empathic by nature.

I am a NDIS Support Coordinator with 9 years’ experience of supporting people
with disabilities; varying from physical, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, and intellectual
within the community sector. I have managed to obtain an extensive knowledge and
experience in working with people that complex support requirements.

I find that I succeed working with a focus on providing extraordinary services,
support and resources to people with all types of disabilities. I also enjoy
working with a culturally diverse participants and building a mutual
relationship, which later assists me in understanding the participant’s
individual needs and how I can best support them. My strength-based abilities
are advocating for  independent living, and supporting participants to ensure
choice and control  through their services and supports.

I am an NDIS Access Coordinator with 7 years’ experience supporting people and
children with disabilities ranging from mental, physical and intellectual.
Having worked in this sector in Australia and abroad, I possess hands-on
experience in working with people with complex needs.

My role is to assist people who are not currently on the NDIS; I help with the
application process and support in gaining the right professional reports and
using the NDIS ‘buzzwords’  to support you receiving your best chance in gaining
a package (but can’t guarantee that you will)

I thrive in environments that focus on delivering exceptional care, support and
resources to people with all types of disabilities.  I also enjoy working with a
culturally diverse client base and am well-versed in following set procedures
within rigid timeframes. I am a strong advocate for ensuring that people living
with a disability have choice and control with their services and supports.

practices in relation to Support Coordination. We recognised some areas for
improvement and are establishing high quality practices to ensure a
