ABOUT THE CENTER

Performance Health Surgery Center is a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center
conveniently located off of Interstate 75 on the Southwest coast of Florida. Our
Center adheres to the most rigid quality control standards in the country, as
evidenced by working toward obtaining our compliance with Medicare certification
requirements and our adherence to guidelines established by the Accreditation
Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Our physicians perform complex, out-patient orthopedic and spine surgeries in a
state of the art facility with a highly trained team of medical professionals.
Performance Health Surgery Center was designed to give patients, as well as
their loved ones a relaxing experience before, during and after the procedure.
We offer personalized care with attention to every detail. We are committed to
exceeding your expectations as a partner in the care of you and your loved ones.
