REQUEST

Request your fundraiser at least three weeks before your event and our
reservations team will follow up to confirm the qualifying status of your school
or non-profit.

PROMOTE & INVITE

Special flyers, coupons and helpful tricks are available online to help you
promote your event and invite your organization members, supporters, and local
community.

EARN

Get a 20% donation on ALL sales* (generated by your school or non-profit)
including game play, pizza, drinks & more!



FOR A LIMITED TIME

ALL fundraisers booked and held through 2024 will receive a 20% donation on
total event sales!


SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS

Support extracurricular activities like after-school clubs, class field trips,
sports teams, music and arts programs.

 * For non-profit, public or private schools with at least 75 enrolled students
 * Free meal included for all teachers in attendance
 * Chuck E. will visit your school on the day of your event between 2:00–4:00 PM
   based on availability to help promote your event!

Invite potential donors to a night of all-around fun and raise funds for your

 * For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that
   directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12

Why do you require a 21-day advance booking?

In order to notify your students, family and friends about the event, we require
at least a 21-day notice to book. We will provide you with a link to access our
promotional fundraising materials after you have reserved your event.

When should we receive our promotion materials?

When you receive your confirmation email, you will have access to online tools
to promote your fundraiser.

Whom do I contact if I have questions or problems with a booked event or missing
material?
