Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) is thought to support acetylcholine, an integral

precursor for choline, and choline is used by the body to make acetylcholine.13


GLUTAMIC ACID

Glutamic acid is an amino acid that works as a neurotransmitter in the nervous

L-TYROSINE

L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that is the precursor to (is used to make) the

TRACE MINERALS

Calcium, iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc are all important in a healthy,

VITAMIN B6 - PYRIDOXAL PHOSPHATE

Vitamin B6 is a rate-limiting cofactor in the synthesis of many
neurotransmitters. Dopamine, serotonin, GABA, noradrenaline and melatonin are
all dependent on it. Like vitamin B3, it's not able to be made in the body, so

BACOPA EXTRACT
