TEAMS MEETINGS

members. By default, it syncs all of these with the Outlook Calendar. When you
decide to schedule a meeting, press the New meeting button in the Calendar
section. Next, you can adjust the settings of each of these the way you want.
For instance, you can add title, participants, date, time, duration, channel,
location, and a brief description of the meeting in the Microsoft Teams download
app. Once done, press the Save button. You can also share the invite to other
members by pressing the Send button.
It is essential to note that after you create a new meeting, it will include a
link for others to join. The Microsoft Teams download app works in sync with
other apps of Microsoft 365 like Outlook. So, you can also schedule meetings in
Teams using Outlook. To do that, open the Outlook app. Press the Teams Meetings
tab near the top-right corner of Outlook. That will create a link to join the
Teams meeting in the body of your message in the email app. Next, send the email
to the recipients to invite them to participate in the meetings.
