provide you with the demographic, geographic, behavioral, purchase and other
crucial data about a customer and make that customer ‘addressable’, so you can
deliver an enhanced customer experience.
Are you selling PII (Personal Identifiable Information) 
No! We are providing you with an active HASH audience. While your audience build
most likely will request PII (Personal Identifiable Information) which is fine,
you will not receive any Personal Identifiable Information - simply put do not
give out ANY PII.  
What can I do with these audiences?
Since you will own these audience you can activate them on any of the major
DSPs.  Most advanced marketers use these audiences and upload them directly in

What is a credit?
A credit is a user identity record.  When Exact Prospect researches a contact
and delivers that record that is considered one credit used.
Do credits expire?
Yes.  Each month your account is topped off or replenished with the allotted
credits your plan offers. 
What are activation data points? 
Activation data points is the minimal piece of data that is needed to upload
into any ad platform in order to run an advertisement campaign. 

Example:  If you want to upload the audience into Facebook you will (at minimum)
need either an email address or IP address.  If you want to run an email
campaign, you will need a email address.  If you would like to run a text
campaign you will need a mobile number.  If you want to send out a post card
mailer, you will need a physical postal address.  Those are Activation Points.
What if I exceed my plans credit limit and need more?
You can easily upgrade inside our portal at any time if you need more credits
than what your plan offers.  We recommend taking advantage of the amazing

Are there any activation or set-up fees?

what is needed from each section.  We also provide you our full Data Dictionary
which lists all the attributes you can choose from.  With over 6+ billions of
data points you are surely not going to be limited on the type of audience you
can build.
What what format will I receive my prospect list? 
You will receive full records in a sharable HASH audience which will have all
your chosen attributes for your specific audience and it is delivered in a .CSV
format through a password protected secured file. 
What if I don't know how to use my custom audience?
Honestly, if you don't know how to use a custom audience then this offer
probably isn't for you at this stage in the game.  However, our platform is
incredibly user friendly.  Once you purchase you will have access to a full
library of  video tutorial on how to activate your new custom audience on your
favorite DSP as well as to our support portal when ever you need it.
Do you have other plans available?
Yes!  We have larger plans available for upgrade once you gain access to the
backend portal.  
What is your Cancelation & Refund policy?
Cancelation: While we hope you don't, you can cancel your subscription any time
as long as it is within 3 days before your next billing cycle.   

7 Day Refund Policy:  There is a full 7 day no questions asked refund policy. 
PLEASE NOTE:  Once audience data has been delivered to end user they are not
eligible for refund.

To process your request simply create a support ticket inside of your account
portal and accounting will review and act accordingly.
