Step 3: Enter email address associated with your account, and click “Submit.”

Step 4: Check your email for the password reset instructions. Click the
highlighted link in the email.
TIP: If you do not see the password reset email in your email inbox, please
check your spam or junk folders. If you still don’t see it, please contact
Customer Service at 800-548-1234.

Step 5: On the Change Password page, enter your new password and confirm. Then
click “Save.”
TIP: All passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain at least
one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special
character.

Step 6: Go back to the login page by clicking on the “Login/Register” link.
Enter your email address and newly reset password into the login box, and click
“Login.”
