LEARNERS HAVE EASY ACCESS TO AN ENGAGING AND CONCISE STUDENT LEARNING PORTAL.
LEARNERS ARE ABLE TO ACCESS THEIR LEARNING MATERIAL, E-TEXTBOOKS AND ASSESSMENTS
FOR THEIR CHOSEN QUALIFICATION. THROUGH THEIR STUDENT PORTAL, LEARNER’S ALSO
HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL LEARNING PLAN (ILP), SO THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY
ARE REQUIRED TO DO AND WHEN IT IS DUE.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING EMPLOYERS, TRAINERS, SCHOOLS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS
ARE KEPT APPRISED OF THEIR LEARNER’S STUDIES THROUGH ACCESS TO OUR STAKEHOLDER
PORTAL. THIS TOOL PROVIDES THESE KEY SUPPORT NETWORKS WITH THE NECESSARY
INFORMATION TO HELP MONITOR AND SUPPORT THE LEARNER ON THEIR JOURNEY.

LEARNER SUPPORT

LEARNERS WITH INTERNATIONAL CHILD CARE COLLEGE HAVE A DEDICATED LEARNER SUPPORT
TEAM TO WORK ALONGSIDE A LEARNER’S INDIVIDUAL TRAINER. THIS TEAM PROVIDES
ONE-ON-ONE TUTORIAL SUPPORT SESSIONS TO GUIDE AND ENCOURAGE STUDENTS IN THEIR
LEARNING, TO CHALLENGE THEM ON THEIR IDEAS AND TO SUPPORT THEM WHEN THEY NEED
HELP.
