dynamic remote team. In this temporary, full-time role (July 15th - November
8th, 2024), you'll play a vital role in supporting our work with progressive
nonprofits, campaigns, and advocacy groups.


BECOME A PRODUCTION POWERHOUSE

 * Print & Mail Production Pro: Assist with tasks like pricing quotes, purchase
   orders, mail tracking, and file prep for vendors.
 * Communication Champion: Bridge the gap between us and printers, ensuring
   project details are clear and deadlines are met.
 * Traffic Management Master: Maintain project flow by providing summaries and
   coordinating artist assignments using our project management system.
 * Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with Account and Production staff
   to prioritize projects and manage workload.
 * Resourceful Rockstar: Coordinate with temporary and freelance resources to
   ensure project needs are covered.
 * Detail-Oriented Detective: Proofread mailers and deliverables before they go
   out, catching any errors.

   additional responsibilities.
