Curriculum

Reading/

Writing

We strive to provide the best reading and writing curriculum in the area. Our
reading and writing curriculum is originally created by Mrs. Miracle (Master's
degree in education). Each reading lesson is child center and taught with a
growth mindset approach. Our goal is to grow our Scholars already reading and
have our 3 year old Scholars emergent reading by 4 and writing by 4 1/2 at the
latest. We do offer special accommodations for Scholars with special needs.

Math/Science

We offer one of the best curriculums taught in Math with a reference to the
Eureka Math program. We also utilize apps that help challenge scholars and meet
them at their current Math level. Shem learning is a huge part of our learning
curriculum. We believe that Science can be both fun and educating and encourage
Scholars to participate in our experiments catered to all of our age groups in
the Academy.

Art

We believe that Art is a foe of espresso. For our Scholars and encourage
Scholars to use the example project as a guide and not a model to replicate. We
love adding your Scholars’ beautiful masterpieces to our “ Wall of Inspiration”
for all to see.

Music

Music is a form of therapy. Studies show that it not only grounds us, but also
helps some Scholars process what they are learning through their temporal lobe
:) Music is a form of communication and we often use music to encourage our
Scholars to try their best as well as clean up. A good morning song full of
dancing and laughter is a great way to start our brighter day.


ALSO OFFERING...

Sign Language

We offer standard ASL lessons. We start with simple words for infants and
toddlers and later introduce conversational words as the Scholars progress in
their knowledge of sign language.



Special Needs/ Medical Needs

We provide many services that are not offered at your typical childcare center
such as medical support (6 years experience) and sensory process solution
finding ( 30 years experience). We offer care for all Scholars including
Autistic and Diabetic scholars.



Spanish

We offer a Spanish curriculum scaffold to each Scholar’s level of understanding
from infant and up. We often use Spanish to label things around the classroom.

Transportation

Transportation is provided both to and from school and daycare for an additional
fee.

Field trips

We love taking field trips and participating in hands on learning activities in
the community. Experience is knowledge.

Trainings

We offer training on how to help your Scholar who may struggle from sensory/
social emotional management.
