HELPING WORKING PARENTS MAKE A CONFIDENT COMEBACK

Thursday, September 28, 2023
8:00 pm CET - 9:00 pm CET
Webinar Registration

TOPIC

HELPING WORKING PARENTS MAKE A CONFIDENT COMEBACK

After parental leave, a working parent’s return to the workforce can be a
daunting experience. As they adjust to their new roles as parents and
professionals, their self-assurance can lapse and stress can rise. In this
interactive webinar, we’ll explore how parents can make a more confident
comeback to the workforce. We’ll cover topics such as saying good-bye to the
elusive work-life balance and instead embracing “life meets work”; establishing
and enforcing healthy boundaries that support well-being and self-efficacy;
planning for career progression after parental leave; and how leaders can foster
a truly family-friendly work culture.

From Day One is a Recertification Provider for SHRM and HRCI. This session is
eligible for 1 PDC. The Activity ID will be sent to attendees after the
conclusion of the session.

This session is hosted by the From Day One editorial team, with support from
Talking Talent.

ROBBIE GREEN

Talking Talent

Robbie supports seasoned and emerging leaders in making the changes they wish to
see in their lives. As a sounding board, she listens to the things that concern
professionals the most, coaching with empathy and energy. Robbie is also a
springboard for her clients who need a career bounce back. And as a surfboard,
she helps high performers navigate the transitions of life, one wave at a time.

Having been a working mom for over 25 years, Robbie also has a strong passion
for supporting professionals who have caregiving responsibilities. Throughout
her career, Robbie has lived in three states with her family of four, often
without any other family nearby. It was these circumstances that helped her
learn to make the most of every situation and gave her a deeper appreciation of
the challenges facing working parents and caregivers.

Robbie’s coaching superpower is building rapport with clients quickly, so they
feel comfortable opening up to her almost right away. Her thought leadership has
been featured by premiere business media including Working Mother Magazine,
Black Enterprise, Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, and many more.
