Made of 100% glass borosilicate is microwave safe, with the exception of the lid
and strainer. Also, wash the lid and strainer separately by hand, while the body
of the teapot is safe for a dishwasher.
Do not touch the surface when filled with hot liquid. The surface may tend to
get heated and it is advised to handle with caution when in usage.
Tip: To avoid over steeping, remove the infuser before pouring the tea.

I savor my tea....over...a...very...long...period. so I've been on the lookout
for a cup that'll keep it hot for at least 10 minutes and warm after that. I
also love the color of the Darjeeling liquor, this tea ware delivers all that
and functionality. I've had it for about 4 months and it's held up great.
Beware, it is fragile. I'd give it a 5th star if the strainer were perforated at
the bottom, it isn't and makes draining and cleaning more difficult.

I llove this mug! It brews the perfect cup of tea and keeps it at the perfect
temp while I drink it. I was given one of these as a gift last year and I have
used it faithfully above all my mugs and cupd (insulated and otherwise). I have
set up a new tea service station at my home and definitely wanted another one
(along with your wonderful teas).

I have 4 of these mugs and have been using them for aout 2 years. I like them
very much but in two cases the glass top has fallen and broken. In another, the
steel strainer broke (the bottom separated). I wish we could order spare lids or
strainers. Overall its a good product and in absence of other choices I am
buying yet another one!

The glass is very good but the bottom of the infuser in sealed, so you have to
fill above that level. The stilt glass mug was much better. Please make it
available again.
