COOKIES

Please read this section carefully as it contains important information on how
we use cookies on our websites. This policy should be read together with this
entire Privacy Policy (of which this cookies section is a part).

Insight, its service providers or other third parties may set cookies for your
web browser when you visit our website, use our products or visit a website
where Insight provides ads, content or analytics.

This section on Cookies only relates to your use of Insight’s websites. On our
websites we may link to other websites owned and operated by certain trusted
third parties to make additional products and services available to you. These
other third-party websites may also use cookies or similar technologies in
accordance with their own separate policies. For privacy information relating to
these other third-party websites, please consult their policies as appropriate.

Use of cookies by Insight

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that
you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more
efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
Cookies may be used to store items such as identifiers and user preferences. A
website may set a cookie to the browser used if the browser’s preferences allow
it.

Generally, we use cookies in order to improve the user experience of this
website in particular with customized content, tell us which parts of the
websites the users have visited, keep track of your preferences while you are
using Insight services, provide enhanced services, remember the location and
language settings for individual users, provide general internal and customer
analytics, and support security measures. For example, we may monitor how many
times you visit the website, which pages you go to, traffic data, location data
and the originating domain name of your internet service provider. This
information helps us to recognise our visitors and to understand and provide
what is most relevant to our visitors. Some of this data will be aggregated or
statistical, which means that we will not be able to identify you individually.

For further information on our use of cookies, including a detailed list of your
information which we and others may collect through cookies, please see our

your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your
browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site
will not then work.

Performance cookies—These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources,
so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us know
which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the
site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore
anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have
visited our site.

Functionality cookies—these cookies enable the website to provide enhanced
functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third-party
providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these
cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.

Targeting cookies— These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising
partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your
interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. They do not store
directly personal information, but are based on uniquely identifying your
browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will
experience less targeted advertising.

Consent to use cookies and changing settings

We will ask for your permission (consent) to place cookies or other similar
technologies on your device, except where they are essential for us to provide
you with a service that you have requested (e.g. to enable you to put items in
your shopping basket and use our check-out process).

You can withdraw any consent to the use of cookies or manage any other cookie
preferences by using our Cookies settings. You can then make your choices using
the sliders and buttons.

PRIVACY SHIELD AND DATA TRANSFER

Following the Schrems II decision, please click here to see our statement on
Privacy Shield.

Insight is a global business. As a result, the data that we may collect from you
may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our locations which may be inside
or outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland. Data may also be
processed by people around the world who work for use or for one of our
suppliers/vendors. These people may be engaged in, among other things, the
fulfillment of your information requests, meeting your orders and the provision
of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this
transfer, storing or processing.

Insight has put in place a number of measures designed to protect data which is
transferred from Europe/Switzerland to the US, including appropriate security
measures to safeguard your personal data. Insight maintains a network of
specific agreements to require contracting parties to observe data protection
legislation. Insight Enterprises, Inc. and Insight North America, Inc. have
additionally signed up to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the
Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. You can find out more about both Privacy
Shield Frameworks and view Insight’s certifications here
https://www.privacyshield.gov/Program-Overview. Insight complies with the
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as
set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and
retention of personal information transferred from the EU and Switzerland to the
United States, respectively. Insight has certified to the Department of Commerce
that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of notice, choice, onward
transfer, security, data integrity and purpose limitation, access, and recourse,
enforcement and liability. We are committed to following the Privacy Shield
Frameworks. We are also committed to supervising third parties where we have
transferred data to them after a Privacy Shield data transfer to us and we
accept our liability in cases of onward transfer of data to third parties.

If you believe Insight maintains your personal data within the scope of the
Privacy Shield Frameworks, you may direct any of your inquiries or concerns
concerning our Privacy Shield compliance to compliance@insight.com. In
compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Insight commits to resolve
complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Individuals
in the European Union (EU) with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy
Shield policy should first contact compliance@insight.com. Insight will respond
within 30 days. In the unlikely event that we fail to respond within 30 days, or
if our response does not address your concern, Insight will undertake to refer
the concern to our Global Compliance Officer who will investigate the matter and
communicate with you within 14 days.

Insight has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to
JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States.
If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we
have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit
https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information or to file a
complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you. You can also
follow that link for a description of the range of potential remedies. There are
more details on the arbitration requirements of the Privacy Shield Framework at
https://www.privacyshield.gov/.

If you do not find the proposed solution satisfactory, Insight will resolve the
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield disputes under dispute resolution procedures of the panel

pursuant to the Privacy Shield Principles. If your matter involves the
Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, Insight is committed to resolve the dispute in
cooperation with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Insight additionally commits to co-operate with EU/Swiss Authorities and comply
with the advice given by such Authorities with regard to human resources data

20 arbitrators designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European
Commission.

your preferences or your device and is mostly used to make the site work as you
expect it to. The information does not usually directly identify you, but it can
give you a more personalized web experience. Because we respect your right to

different category headings to find out more and change our default settings.
However, blocking some types of cookies may impact your experience of the site
and the services we are able to offer. You can get more information by going to

preferences, logging in or filling in forms.    You can set your browser to
block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then
work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
