We enjoy bringing our creations to your events! ABOUT US My name is Nicole Cordina. I live in Everett, ON with my husband, two kids and our dog. My education is in Science, but my heart is in creating beautiful displays for parties. I love the excited chatter that happens during the set up of a party. The anticipation and planning of a party fuel me and nothing beats the magic that comes from a well themed party. I think that the extra decorations and special touches that go into a party show your guests how much you have been anticipating their arrival. It is more than the picture captured, it is the feeling you get from being in a well decorated room with friends that inspires me to make balloon creations. Get a Quote BALLOON DÉCOR SERVICES * BALLOON GARLANDS Balloon garlands are priced per foot and include up to five colours of balloons and three different sizes. The balloon garlands are organic, but I will create a digital mock up for your approval and I will work from this on the day of the install. Button * BALLOON GARLAND AND BACKDROP The two most popular backdrops are the wooden backdrop and the ripple backdrop. The wooden backdrop can be painted to the colour of your choosing and the ripple backdrop is a cream colour. The backdrops can be customized with a vinyl sign adhered to the backdrop or an acrylic sign. A 10 ft balloon arch is attached to the backdrop in the colours of your choosing. Button * BALLOON TOWERS Balloon towers are freestanding balloon displays that can extend to 6ft tall. Balloon towers are completely customizable and usually include a 24in round balloon with a customized lettering on top, or a large foil balloon. The balloon towers are weighted at the bottom to ensure stability. The staff are awesome and everyone did their best to welcome me with warm embraces. It was a big change, but all the people involved made sure I was well taken care of. Physically, I had been working out and felt strong. Mentally, I was thankful to be making more money and grateful for the new job. However, I wasn’t eating well or sleeping much and my body just crashed on Thursday! I knew I had a big weekend of events ahead of me and I wasn’t absorbing everything I was being taught during training and my mind and body just decided it was too much. I am an anxious person, but I like to think I am smart about it and have lots of steps in place to help with it (medicine, exercise, counselling, books). I do a lot to keep calm, so when anxious feelings take over, I get really frustrated. It is a total loss of control, it is very uncomfortable and embarrassing. The last person I want to be at any job is a person that brings the team down, but that is how I am when I am going through an anxious moment. Unfortunately, anxious moments last for more than a moment, they last for days. Days of feeling brain fog, shaky, disoriented and exhausted to the point of just collapsing and wanting to sleep forever. Anyways, you get the picture, it sucks. However (another however), I didn’t know this, but powers beyond me were actually leading me to take a step back and force myself to relax. It’s now Saturday, I have 3 balloon events this weekend and am the day of coordinator at a friend’s wedding. At present, I am feeling so much better! I think I was meant to have this anxious event earlier this week, so I would step back and focus on health before the big weekend. I am not thankful I had to go through two days of disorientation and worry, but I am thankful it didn’t happen this weekend! I’m going to keep allowing what is meant to be, be. I am going to eat my vegetable and I am going to sleep at least 8hours a night. All is well! I have decided that I am going to be more present at my installs and really get a feel for the people there. After this install today, I was reflecting on how I felt at the delivery. The bride-to-be was there with a whole crew of people ready to help get the party ready. It felt so comforting being in a space where the bride was so supported and loved. The bride’s crew had the entire room decorated before I was done the balloons, so I was able to witness the entire set up. It was gorgeous! I could see the vision and hard work come to life. As well, they were discussing the menu and some select guest’s dietary needs. It was so nice hearing the focus and care that was put into meeting each guests’ needs. I always believe that a party is for the guests. It is a celebration for the host, but the care you put into planning your party shows your guests how much you love them. I could tell today that there was a lot of love for the invited guests.
