platform operated by ESET on the Website www.eset.com/uk (the "Website").

ESET UK is the trading name of ESET SOFTWARE UK LIMITED, registered in England
and Wales no.7184889 with its registered office at ESET UK, Third Floor, Ocean
80, 80 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8AQ



 (references to "us", "we" or "our" being construed accordingly).

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy
(together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to in it) sets
out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you

For the purposes of licencing, technical support, provision of products and
services, your information is transferred to one of our vendors, ESET, spol. s
.r.o. who shall act as a data controller. For more information concerning our

well as the Privacy Policy of ESET, spol. s r.o.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the "Act"), the data controller
is ESET SOFTWARE UK LIMITED of ESET UK, Third Floor, Ocean 80, 80 Holdenhurst
Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8AQ.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(“GDPR”), ESET UK is a controller and processor of data. Our address is as above
and our data protection officer is Mark James.

       advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target
