Transeal Security Ltd. was formed in 2011 to focus on the development and
support of technological and equipment-based security solutions for the
transport industry.

Following years of development and with the co-operation of airlines, their
security and management teams, engineering and finance departments, cabin crew
and catering partners around the world, Transeal have created a new electronic
tamper evident seal & locking system known as the defendAir, which was
introduced to the marketplace in December 2013. This new dimension in container
security has been specifically designed to improve cabin safety, aircraft and
airline security; as well as reduce losses through both organised and
opportunist theft whilst providing a more cost-effective alternative to
single-use plastic disposable seals and outdated padlocks.

During the development of defendAir, Transeal became involved with numerous
logistical equipment projects related to the changeover of cabin catering
containers – resulting in Transeal amassing a vast amount of knowledge and
experience in the logistical, regulatory, engineering and disposal aspects of
large scale equipment deployment and retrieval.

Transeal has become a one-stop shop for all equipment projects, providing any
necessary services from delivery acceptance & inspection, asset logging,
preparation & transportation; through to obsolete equipment purchasing and/or
recycling; customer returns & ullage processing and recovery; trade shows and
staff sale/training events; design and manufacture of onboard retail support and
promotional items and accessories; warranty-repair returns management and
equipment reliability/performance analytics; equipment for lease, purchase or
spares and repair; and providing a hub for equipment cleaning, repair,
maintenance and warranty work, whilst always being able to draw on our
established security, logistical and warehousing expertise as well as our
nominated EASA Part 21 D.O.A. and Part 145 P.O.A. partners for all your return
to service equipment needs.
