PLAY THE PLAY for J.LEAGUE is a virtual animated trading card that includes a
clip of game highlights of a Meiji Yasuda J1 League, player stats, and stories
behind the scenes. By viewing your cards, you can revisit those exciting and
moving moments of your favorite teams and players whenever and wherever you
like.

You can start building your collection free and enjoy them immediately. We will
be introducing more features and virtual communities soon so you can trade your
cards with your friends and families, participate in special events and learn
more about the teams and players you support. With the paid version, there will
be an option to convert your cards to NFTs. This feature will expand your PLAY
THE PLAY experience to a whole new level.

To receive the free version of the J.LEAGUE virtual trading cards, please sign
up to create an account. The pack will be up for grabs 24 hours after every
Meiji Yasuda J1 League game.

 * *Availability may be limited.
 * *You have to open an account first in order to receive the cards.

You can attach the cards to other digitized mementos such as the ticket to the
game and photos taken at the game.



You can sell, give or trade your cards within your network of collectors.

Take part in our various community events where collectors can connect and
share.



Your virtual cards can be turned into NFTs. Collectors can enjoy the added
experience of asset management at a whole different level. There will be special
features specially designed for PTP NFT collectors.

*You have to install METAMASK app to convert action trading cards into NFT.

 * How old do you have to be to open an account?
   
   You have to be at least 15 years old and if you are a minor, a permission
   from your parent / guardian is required.

 * What information do I need to provide when opening an account?
   
   Your full name, nickname, email address, password and the name of your
   favorite team.

 * I completed my registration but haven't received the confirmation from you.
   
   Please check the following before you contacting us.
   
   1. Make sure the emailing function on your device is in a working order.
   Sometimes, due to your settings on your mobile devices and/or the security
   software some emails get filtered out. Deactivate these features temporarily
   and reload your inbox. To avoid this problem from happening again, we highly
   recommend you add our email address "support@play-the-play.com" to your safe
   list.
   
   2. Check to see if your inbox is full. If so, delete some emails to create
   more space to receive incoming emails.
   
   3. Check your junk mail folder. Sometimes some emails get filtered to a junk
   mail folder automatically.
   
   If you tried all the above and the issue still persist, please let us know
   using the inquiry form.

 * Can I use my J. LEAGUE ID to sign up for a PLAY THE PLAY account?
   
   No. You need to open a seperate account with PLAY THE PLAY.

 * Is PLAY THE PLAY free?
   
   We have both free and paid services.

 * What is the difference between the free and paid versions?
   
   Design of the cards are different. The paid versions can be turned into NFTs
   which allows you to trade them or even sell to other people. Free versions do
   not have these options.
   
   Both free and purchased cards are stored in MY COLLECTION page. Each card
   will be numbered in order of acquisition and it will be shown on the top
   right corner.

 * Can I purchase multiple of the same pack?
   
   Yes, you can. However, for the free versions, you may only receive 1 pack per
   game per account.

 * What is your return policy?
   
   Once purchased, we are unable to accept any return and this rule applies to
   both free and paid services. If you noticed any unauthorized purchases,
   please contact your credit card company directly.

 * Which blockchain platforms can I use for my NFTs?
   
   Ethereum (ETH), Polygon (Polygon) and Astar Network (ASTR), however, you may
   only choose one platform per card.
