WORKSPACE, HUDDLE, AND ACCOUNT-WIDE GOALS | SIBME HELP CENTER

Written by TJ Hoffman

All Goals in Sibme are connected to one of three places in the Sibme Platform.
Knowing where your goal is located is important because it connects to what
other people can see in your goal and what evidence can be added to Action
Items. This article gives a brief overview of the three types of Goals. To see
more about how artifacts in your Workspace and Huddles connect to Goals, click
here.

WHO IS THIS ARTICLE FOR?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have
permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below.
If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if
you have permission.

 * Users

 * Admin

 * Super Admin

 * Account Owner

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STEPS TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK:

DIFFERENT TYPES OF GOALS

 * Workspace Goals are private to you. You can use Workspace Goals to set
   personal goals for yourself or as checklists of action items you need to
   complete. No one but you will be able to see your Workspace Goals or any
   connected evidence.

 * Huddle Goals are like anything else in a Huddle: anyone not participating in
   the Huddle will not be able to access these Goals. However, within a Huddle,
   your role in each Goal will limit what you can see. For example, if a
   multi-individual goal exists in the Huddle, and each Huddle Participant is an
   Owner, but two Huddle Participants are Collaborators, then each Goal Owner
   will only see their own Goal, while the two Collaborators will be able to see
   all Goals. Crucially, though, any evidence added to a Huddle Goal is also
   added to the Huddle as an Artifact, which all Huddle Participants will be
   able to see through the Artifacts tab in the Huddle.

 * Account Wide Goals are not connected to Workspaces or Huddles and access is
   determined by adding Owners and Collaborators to the Goal.
