We understand that there is a great deal of stress and upheaval involved in
relocating, especially in these kinds of situations. However, by using our
services you will be relocated as quickly as possible allowing you to get
settled and re-establish your daily routine. Everything is taken care of for you
professionally and efficiently – we will book and pay for emergency hotel
accommodation straight away even if your Loss Adjuster has not been appointed.

ACCOMMODATION

In urgent cases we can arrange and fund provisional hotel accommodation ensuring
safety and comfort straight away.

We can also provide shorter and longer term accommodation.

REMOVALS AND STORAGE

We can arrange removals to be carried out to coincide with you moving into to
your temporary accommodation and also the safe storage of any items that are not
required.

PET CARE

We understand the importance of pets. Our team will work hard to relocate your
pets along with you but where this is not possible we will find the solution
which works best for you

FURNITURE HIRE

Where we are simply unable to find you a fully furnished property we can arrange
for the hire of all necessary furniture items and white goods for as long as
required.

CARAVANS AND MOBILE HOMES

Where a move to temporary accommodation is simply not possible we can arrange
for the hire of a traditional static mobile home, or where space is at a
premium, a smaller touring-type caravan.

SUBSISTENCE PAYMENTS

Where subsistence or other urgent payments to occupants are required we are able
to make those payments quickly, often by same-day transfer.

When your home is hit by a flood, fire, or a subsidence issue the Alternative
Accommodation Agency is here for you 24/7. We will arrange emergency
accommodation and then liaise with your insurers or their loss adjusters to find
you longer-term accommodation if you are unable to return to your own home.

The Alternative Accommodation Agency was set up especially to provide help and
assistance to our customers at a time of crisis. We can guide you through each
stage of the process and advise you on the types of accommodation available to
you in your area. When we have understood your needs we start work, finding a
suitable hotel or B&B as an emergency solution. We then get to work on finding a
more suitable longer-term accommodation solution if this is necessary.

We offer emergency accommodation across the whole of the Uk, some of these areas
include : Bedfordshire, London, Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire,
Cambridgeshire, Cheshire, Cornwall, Derbyshire, Devon, Dorset, Essex,

You won’t be offered accommodation which is not available or does not comply
with current legislation. We will only offer you what can be found at the time
that you need it and which we believe suits you and your family’s needs. It is
also important to find accommodation that is within the area of your choosing;
close to home or work or the children’s school. We will do our best to give you
as many suitable options as we can in the areas that you choose.
