MAKE LIFE BETTER IN 3 STEPS:

STEP 1 -
LEARN

STEP 2 -
CONNECT

STEP 3 - OVERCOME

THE MISSION

Life is hard. Sometimes it even sucks. Some of that suckiness is inherent in our
experience as humans. People die. Couples break up. TV series end on poorly
written finales … Point being, some of the stuff we put up with is just part of
the deal.

But then there’s other stuff …

Spazzing out at four way intersections. Getting nervous for no reason. Not
wanting to get out of bed. Tanking romantic relationships. Feeling like things
are “wrong” all of the time. Needing to control every little detail of
everything. Not wanting to go outside, ever.

These things we can change. We just need to know how.

switched his major a bunch of times. From there he went on to work a ton of
different jobs that have nothing to do with one another. In 2020, he received a
Master’s degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College.
