MISSION

To coalesce and expand the defense industrial base (DIB) in support of the MCEIP
critical subsectors.

VISION

To deliver a resilient U.S. supply chain and workforce able to respond in times
of national security crisis without reliance on foreign sources.



FUNDING

DIBC minimizes barriers to entry for small, non-traditional businesses to work
with the Government, and access research and prototyping teaming opportunities.

COLLABORATION

We foster collaboration between Government, Industry, and Academia to build a
robust, resilient defense industrial base.

INNOVATION

DIBC enables rapid research, access to commercial solutions for defense
requirements, and innovations from industry, academia, and non-traditionals.


JOIN THE DIBC

The Manufacturing, Capability Expansion, and Investment Prioritization
Directorate (MCEIP) established an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to enable
rapid research, access to commercial solutions for defense requirements, and
innovations from industry, academia, and non-traditional contractors. DIBC
members focus on identifying, developing, and testing cutting-edge capabilities
at the speed of innovation.
