Royal Gala

A dense, sweet, aromatic and juicy apple with a white flesh. Ideal for pies,
sauces and salads.

Golden Delicious

Crisp, creamy, white flesh, which is sweet, tasty and juicy. Popular in tarts
and pies and can also be caramelized.

Smitten®

An early season apple with a perfect crunch. Its firm flesh makes it more
resistant to bruising. A great snack on-the-go.

Red Delicious

Sweet, highly aromatic with a creamy, white flesh. Popular in dessert dishes and
great in salads.

Fuji

This medium-sized apple is slightly sweeter than other varieties and is great in
salads, pies, sauces. Can also be frozen.

A rich flavour with sweet white flesh that remains white, even after being cut.
Wonderful for cheese platters and fruit salads.

Bravo™

This large apple has distinctive burgundy skin that contrasts brilliantly with
its white flesh. A crisp refreshing apple.

Jazz™

Crunchy and effervescent, this small to medium apple has a tangy, sweet flavour.

Sundowner/Joya™

Perfect for baking and a great eating apple.

Kanzi®

Crunchy and juicy flesh that naturally stays white for longer.  Kanzi® have a
