ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Deanne. As a nurse for over 7 years now, I noticed the imbalance early
on. I witnessed and experienced the lack of support, the burn out, the bullying,
the unrealistic expectations, the "that's just how it is" mentality. But it
isn't sustainable, and it doesn't make for a happy life. Through a lot of hard
work, I found a different way. I learned that it doesn't have to be this way.
And I want to help you find that balance too!
