Petrosalar Company is one of the biggest producers of Engine oil, Gear Oil and
other Industrial Lubricant from the best quality mineral base oil and additives
for the past decade from which the clients are most satisfied. This company’s
products was offering in the market under the name of “Petrosalar” which
currently has been changed to “Padmira”,
Respecting the customer and satisfying them is of major concerns of this
company. Accordingly, all the products received the quality Standard along with
ISO 9001:2008.
This catalog is to inform dear readers about classifications of Lubricants,
types of this company’s product and also general information on how to use
varieties of oils.

سخن نخست :

شرکت پترو سالار نزدیک به یک دهه است که فعالیت خود را در امر تولید و ساخت انواع
روغن موتور روغن دنده و دیگر روان کارهای صنعتی با استفاده از مرغوب ترین روغن پایه
های معدنی و مواد افزودنی آغاز نموده و توانسته است تا حدود زیادی رضایت مشتریان را
جلب نماید . این شرکت پیش ازاین فرآورده های خود را با نام تجاری پترو سالار و در
حال حاضر با نام تجاری پادمیرا به بازار عرضه می نماید .
احترام به مشتری و جلب رضایت مصرف کننده سرلوحه برنامه های این شرکت بوده که در
همین رابطه اقدام به دریافت نشان استاندارد ایران جهت کلیه محصولات تولیدی خود و
همچنین دریافت گواهینامه 9001:2008 ISO نموده است .
این کتابچه به منظور اطلاع مصرف کنندگان از طبقه بندی روان ساز ها ، انواع تولیدات
این شرکت و مشخصات فنی آن ها و هم چنین اطلاعات عمومی در مورد نحوه مصرف مشتریان
تهیه گردیده است .

PREFACE:

Lubrication or "Tribology" is defined as the science of facilitating relative
motion of two surfaces in contact and is associated with issues such as
depreciation, design and Material.
Lubricants are the products which are applied to lubricant the moving parts and
rotational ones. The history goes back to the creation of wheel and its rotation
around the axis in order to create smooth motion.
In general, whenever surfaces in contact or near have motion, lubrication plays
an important role in executing correctly, continually and economically.
Lack of proper lubrication of machinery parts, not only reduces mechanical and
time efficiency, but also leads to excessive erosion, burnout and premature
failure.

مقدمه :

روانكاري یا Tribology به عنوان علم تسهيل حركت نسبي سطوح در تماس با يكديگر تعريف
شده است و با موضوعاتي همچون فرسودگي ، طراحي و جنس مواد مرتبط مي باشد.
مواد روانکار به محصولاتي اطلاق مي گردد که براي روانکاري اجزاء با حرکت لغزشي و
همچنين چرخشي مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرد و سابقه استفاده از آن به زمان پيدايش چرخ
و گردش آن به دور محور، به منظور ايجاد حركتي روان ،بر مي گردد .
بطور كلي در هر جا كه سطوح در جوار و در تماس با يكديگر داراي حركتي نسبي هستند ،
روانكاري نقش بسيار مهمي در انجام حركت به نحو صحيح ، مداوم و اقتصادي ايفا مي كند
.
عدم روانكاري صحيح ماشين آلات علاوه بر آنكه باعث تقليل راندمان مكانيكي و پائين
آمدن بازده زماني ماشين مي شود . منجر به فرسايش بيش از حد ، فرسودگي و از
كارافتادگي زودرس نيز مي گردد .
