FISH FRY BOX

This box contains the perfect ingredients for a crispy and delicious fish fry.
It’s filled with 4 lb of fish, 1 lb of batter mix, and a recipe card for fried
fish fingers and homemade tartar sauce. Lean and delicate Pacific cod is the
perfect slate for Willow Creek Mill’s flavorful, crunchy, and easy-to-use batter
mix made with wheat flour, rye, and cornmeal, combined with horseradish and
other spices. You can use eggs and milk with the batter mix as directed on the
package, or simply combine plain seltzer and the batter mix for a super light

moisture in the thawing process and the tail bits are tough.

Month in month out their selections for the premium pkg with shell fish are
outstanding. The company is great to work with. They stand by their promise of
free reshipment if the product is not frozen on arrival. We have been customers
for 4 years and had to re ship only twice due to UPS problems. Their on line
recipes for preparing the products is very helpful to my gourmet cook wife who
loves the variety of products we receive. Finally you know in advance what is in
the next shipment & if you want to switch the products to another, you can
within the package you have chosen in advance to purchase. There are no
negatives to this company.
