LICENSING USE RIGHTS
Licensing use term documents, including the Product Terms Site, Product Terms
and Online Services Terms archives, Consolidated SLA, Services Provider Use
Rights, and ISVR Product List and EULAs. Also includes legacy Use Term documents
such as the Product Use Rights, Product List, and Online Services Use Rights.
PRODUCT TERMS
The Product Terms contains all the terms and conditions for software and online
services through Microsoft Commercial Licensing programs.
SERVICES PROVIDER USE RIGHTS (SPUR)
The SPUR provides details on how products acquired through the SPLA may be used.
INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE VENDOR (ISV) EULAS AND PRODUCT LIST
The ISV EULAs and Product List provide details of software acquired through the
ISV Royalty program.
MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DATA PROTECTION ADDENDUM (DPA)
The DPA defines the data processing and security terms as an addendum to the
