What is Lolli?
Lolli is a bitcoin and cash back rewards site, browser extension, and app that
lets you earn rewards when you shop at 25,000+ stores. We partner with top
stores that pay us when you shop at their site or store. We then share that
money with you, sending free money to your Lolli wallet!
How do I start earning rewards with Lolli?
With Lolli, you can earn bitcoin and cash back rewards in-store and online at
25,000+ stores using the Lolli browser extension or mobile app, or at
Lolli.com/earn. If you're shopping online, just activate an online offer on our
website, app, or browser extension. Then, shop as you normally would to earn
your rewards! If you're shopping in-store, link a card and activate a Card Boost
on the app before shopping with your linked card. It's that easy!
Do I need a bitcoin wallet to get started?
No! If you're earning in bitcoin, Lolli will store all of your funds safely with
our custodial service. When you request to redeem your credited bitcoin, you are
welcome to transfer the redeemed bitcoin to any bitcoin wallet, or cash out to
any US bank account once you have an available balance of at least $15. Lolli is
not a custodian of bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency on behalf of users.
Lolli's users have a contractual right to redemption of bitcoin-denominated
value. Lolli always seeks to maintain corresponding cryptocurrency or other
assets to adequately back a user's bitcoin rewards, but the precise redeemable
value of these assets (and therefore, their reported redeemable dollar value)
may fluctuate up until the moment when a user redeems their rewards.
What stores can I earn rewards from when using Lolli?
You can earn rewards at 25,000+ top stores across travel, beauty, fashion,
consumer electronics, and more! You can see a full list of our partners by
visiting www.lolli.com/stores.
Can I use coupons, promo codes or other extensions when using Lolli?
Using other browser extensions, coupon sites, savings applications, or cashback
programs in conjunction with Lolli will make your purchase ineligible for a
reward, as merchants only reward one program at a time. Additionally, a retailer
may not issue a reward for an order where a coupon or discount code not provided
by Lolli is used. Details on coupon and promotion code usage can be found in the
mobile app or on the extension in your toolbar while you're on a participating
merchant’s site!
Are all products eligible for a reward?
Exclusions are up to the discretion of the retailer and are subject to change.

What browser does Lolli currently support?
Lolli is currently supported for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We
want you to be able to shop as you normally would so please let us know what
your favorite browser is at support@lolli.com. We'll update you when we launch
the Lolli extension for your browser!
Can I use the Brave browser?
At this time Brave is not a supported browser. We recommend disabling
ad-blockers and using Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox to ensure the best
experience. We do look forward to supporting Brave in the future, but currently,
we cannot guarantee rewards for purchases made on Brave due to its built-in ad
blockers.
Can I earn rewards with Lolli on mobile?
Yes! Download the Lolli app for iOS and Android to start earning rewards on
mobile now.
Does Lolli support international users?
Lolli only supports U.S. users at this time. VPNs should not affect your
purchase unless you are using a VPN from outside of the U.S..
Is Lolli safe and secure to use ?
Lolli uses state of the art software and network security to ensure your balance
is safe. As long as you keep your wallet with Lolli, we have you covered. Keep
in mind, though, that if you transfer your balance to other wallets or exchanges
outside of Lolli, we cannot be held responsible for the security of your funds
there.
What data is stored?
We DO NOT track which sites our users visit. We only identify merchant sites
with which we have partnerships, in order to send you real-time rewards offers
and communicate with our merchants that you should be rewarded for your
purchases. We DO NOT sell your personally identifiable data. Our business model
is very clear -- we partner with top merchants that pay us when you shop on
their sites. We then send part of that payment to your wallet. You can then
transfer to your own address or exchange to a USD bank account.
Why does the extension require so many permissions?
We wish that browser extensions provided more granular permissions, but
unfortunately they do not.
What if I accidentally delete Lolli or my computer stops working?
We securely save your account information and wallet. After you log in, your
balance and order history will be automatically saved. To restore your account
on a new device, you need to download Lolli, select login and sign in with your
account.
When will I receive my rewards?
Lolli will send you an email with estimated rewards within a few days after your
initial purchase. This takes a little bit of time due to the fact that all
purchases have to be verified with our retail partners. These rewards are an
estimate and not confirmed (available for withdrawal or transfer) until the
return period has passed. The time this takes varies by merchant and is
typically 90 days after your completed booking or initial purchase. In the
meantime you can view your wallet at www.lolli.com/account.
Where can I find my shopping history?
Once we receive notification from the merchant of your purchase you should
receive an automated email with your reward estimate as well as be able to view
it in your shopping history. Check out www.lolli.com/activity for the same
information.
Why is my wallet fluctuating?
When you make a purchase at a participating retailer, Lolli adds an estimated
reward to your Lolli wallet. As long as you don’t return your items, you will
receive your rewards once they are confirmed, which typically takes about 90
days. If you earn your rewards in cash, your reward amount will not fluctuate.
If you earn your rewards in bitcoin, the bitcoin value of your rewards will be
locked in based on the market value of bitcoin at the time of your purchase. The
equivalent USD value may fluctuate with the price of bitcoin from that point on,
but you'll receive the amount of sats we’ve estimated as your pending reward in
your initial reward email as long as you don't return your items. Once the
confirmation period has passed (typically about 90 days), your reward will move
to your available balance in your Lolli wallet.
How else can I earn rewards?
There are a ton of ways to earn even more with Lolli! First, invite all your
friends to use Lolli using your referral link! When a friend signs up with your
referral link and shops, you’ll both earn $5. Next, follow us on Twitter,

When can I withdraw my earnings?
While we encourage you to watch your rewards add up in your Lolli wallet, you
can transfer your earnings to any bitcoin address if you're earning in bitcoin,
or withdraw to a USD bank account once you have an available balance of at least
$15. Rewards become available once each retailer's confirmation period has
passed. This is typically 90 days after your initial purchase or completed
travel reservation. You can view your total rewards and confirmed rewards at
Lolli.com/wallet.
Is there a fee to move my earnings?
For USD transfers we charge $0.25, and for bitcoin transfers we do not charge
anything other than the current, applicable transaction fees.
How do I get my company to work with Lolli?
We're adding new retail partners to the Lolli family every day! If you have a
