the Save Mart Companies and/or its affiliates such as Save Mart, Lucky, Lucky
California, S-Mart, MaxxValue, and FoodMaxx brands (“Save Mart,” “we,” “our,”
and “us”). “You” refers to you as our customer or an end user of our Site or
App.

The goal of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the personal information
we gather when you use our Site or App or visit one of our stores. In it you
will find information about how we use and share that information, and how we
safeguard that information.

Your use of this Site or App is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as
our Terms of Use. Your use of our Site or App or visiting one of our stores

WHEN YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT

If you choose to register for an account, we must process your personal
information to ensure you have a secure account that functions properly and
provides you the services you request.

WHEN YOU MAKE IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you visit one of our stores in person and make a purchase, we collect only
what we need to complete the transaction.

in store transactions:

 * Commercial and financial information about purchases or transactions;
 * Basic personal identifiers such as your name or phone number;
 * Customer loyalty number, if you have joined our loyalty programs including
   Save Smart, Lucky You, and SHARES;

 * If you use our in-store WiFi, device identifiers, IP address, and other
   online identifiers.

How It’s Used
We use this information to:

 * Process the transaction you request and to provide you with goods and
   products;
 * Deliver relevant information about coupons, marketing materials, or other
   incentives; and,
 * Detect and protect against fraud, abuse, or illegal acts, for example by
   tracking inventory to prevent theft.

When It’s Shared
We share this information with:

 * Financial institutions who process payments; and,
 * Business partners who help us provide you with relevant coupons and
   advertisements.

At times you may need to contact us about your order, account, or for other

What We Collect

us for customer support:

WHEN YOU PLACE ORDERS FOR HOME DELIVERY OR CURBSIDE PICKUP THROUGH INSTACART

Save Mart has partnered with Instacart to make your grocery-buying experience
easy. If you choose to use Instacart’s services to buy groceries for delivery or
pickup, you will be required to establish a separate account with Instacart.
Instacart shares your order information with us so that we may fulfill it. Save
Mart is not responsible for any personal information that you provide to
Instacart, including your commercial transaction information. Instead, you
should look to Instacart’s Privacy Policy for information about how Instacart
treats your personal information.





COOKIES AND INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING

Our website uses cookies, tags, pixels, beacons, and similar tracking
technologies (“Cookies”) to improve functionality, monitor site activity,

applicable laws require otherwise, it may take up to 60 days to process your
requests related to email and up to eight weeks to process other requests.

DISCLOSURE REQUIRED OR PERMITTED BY LAW

Nothing in this Policy will prohibit our ability to use or disclose personal

   enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law; when we otherwise
   believe in good faith that the law requires it; or, to respond to requests

   disclose your personal information in order to protect or defend the legal
   rights, property or operations of Save Mart or our employees or agents; to
   protect the rights, privacy, safety or security of users, members or others;
   to protect against fraud; and, to allow us to pursue available remedies or
   limit the damages that we may sustain.
 * Business Transfers: Save Mart may transfer any information we have about you
   in connection with a merger or sale (including transfers made as part of
   insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings) involving all or part of Save Mart or
   as part of a corporate reorganization or stock sale or other change in
   corporate control.





INTERNATIONAL

This Site is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not
intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or
territory other than that of the United States.  Your personal information may
be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Save
Mart or its service providers maintain facilities.  If you do not wish for your
personal information to be transferred to the United States, you must refrain
from using our Site or App.





CHILDREN UNDER 13

Our Site and App are not intended for use by minors who are under the age of 13
and Save Mart does not knowingly collect information online from children under
13 without prior parental consent. Please Contact Us or call customer service

your child so that we can delete it.





REMOVAL OF CONTENT POSTED BY A MINOR

If you are under 18 and have an account on our Site or App, you may ask us to

comprehensive removal of the content because your content may, for example, have
