FREQUENTLY ASKED BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL QUESTIONS Does the price include set up and delivery? Yes, although additional fees may apply for longer travel areas. Remember prices do not include sales tax. What if I need to cancel? Cancellations MUST be made within NO less than 48 hours from the start of the rental. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the rental time, there will be no refund or ability to reschedule. Rental time is determined as 8:00 am for all orders considering our setup times vary. This means if you have a rental scheduled for a Saturday, you must cancel NO LATER THAN 8:00 am the Thursday prior to your rental. Is a deposit required? Yes. All orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. If your order is over $500 we require a 20% deposit and your remaining balance is due in FULL 3 days prior to the start of your rental. The deposit is nonrefundable. What surfaces do you set up on? We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units. I need to reschedule my party, what are my options? We understand that things come up, that is why we allow for reschedules under certain circumstances. Please reach out to our team. Will a bounce house unit fit in my backyard? More than likely yes, as even larger units can fit in small backyards. Be sure to check out the individual item description of the rental you want, as it includes details such as area requirements, and do account for the fact that low hanging trees can sometimes get in the way. We also require that the unit is at least 20 ft away from all power lines.
