Due to maintenance of server, Portal will be down during 8 to 9 PM on 6th June
2020.
In terms of revised RBI guidelines on KYC, please also collect recent photograph
of the beneficiary and PAN card or Form 60, from the recipient for payment of
MTSS transactions, besides the prescribed “Officially Valid document” i.e. KYC
id viz. passport, voter id, driving licence and aadhar card. Please refer to our
separate email for more details
Redaction of Aadhar Number when obtaining KYC documents, “ Customer to mask
first 8 digits of the Aadhar copy ”
