SBID credentials may only be displayed by those who have met the advertised
criteria and been awarded accreditation for accomplishing industry standards of
practice. The standard is assessed by the global leader of exam-tested
knowledge, CIDQ making SBID the ultimate symbol of knowledge-tested interior
design practice for the UK.

INTERIOR DESIGN EDUCATION

As well as providing a programme of CPD training for practicing interior
designers, we set content for inclusion in modules for interior design BA Degree
courses at British Universities. This protects consumers and businesses by

PRODUCT SAFETY & TRADING STANDARDS

Following the Grenfell Fire, SBID represented standards for interior product
specification consulting with the British Trading Standards and The Department
for Product Safety. SBID also became the officially recognised partner of The
Office of Product Safety and Standards by authority of the Secretary of State to
advise on product specification for interior design.
