WHAT PLANS QUALIFY FOR ROAMING IN 210+ COUNTRIES AND DESTINATIONS, AND HOW DO I
SIGN UP?

The Magenta®, T-Mobile ONE™, Simple Choice™, New Classic and Select Choice plans
provide unlimited 2G data, unlimited texting and calling at $0.25 per minute in
210+ countries and destinations. The T-Mobile Essentials plan provides unlimited
text and calling at $0.25 per minute (but not data) in 210+ countries and
destinations. Log in to My T-Mobile to confirm that you have one of these plans.
If you have one of these plans, no need to add a separate feature or service to
your account or call Customer Care before you travel. International roaming is
included in qualifying plans at no extra charge.

WITH MAGENTA WILL I GET THE SAME HIGH-SPEED NETWORK EXPERIENCE INTERNATIONALLY,
AS I DO HERE AT HOME IN THE US?

When you travel to Mexico and Canada, you get unlimited calling, texting, and
data with up to 5GB at 4G LTE speeds. Plus, you get unlimited calling and
texting to Mexico and Canada from the US—for free.

When you travel abroad in 210+ countries and destinations you will have
unlimited data at up to 128kbps, which is great for web browsing, e-mail, social
media, and occasional use of certain features like GPS/maps. Some applications
like streaming music or video typically requires higher-speed data for optimal
functionality. If you frequently travel internationally and require a higher
speed you can add T-Mobile One™ Plus or Magenta® MAX, and get up to 256kbps
speeds abroad for $15/month.

ARE THERE INTERNATIONAL BENEFITS WITH MAGENTA MAX?

Yes. Magenta MAX customers get unlimited data at 2x speeds of T-Mobile ONE plans
(up to 256 kbps) in addition to receiving unlimited text and calling at $0.25
per minute in 210+ countries and destinations.

HOW CAN I GET FASTER DATA SPEEDS WHEN TRAVELING ABROAD?

T-Mobile customers with qualifying plans (including Magenta, ONE, Essentials,
and Simple Choice) can add an International Pass to receive high-speed data.
These passes include increased high-speed data options and unlimited voice
calling.


 * International Pass: 512MB of high-speed data at up to LTE speeds and
   unlimited calling, to be used up to 24 hours, for $5/day.
 * 5GB International Pass: 5GB of high-speed data at up to LTE speeds and
   unlimited calling, to be used up to 10 days, for $35.
 * 15GB International Pass: 15GB of high-speed data at up to LTE speeds and
   unlimited calling, to be used up to 30 days, for $50.


If you use all the high-speed data before the designated time is up, you can
still use unlimited texting and data at Simple Global speeds based on your
current rate plan, or at up to 128kbps for the duration of the pass if your plan
does not include international data. The unlimited calling will be available for
the full designated time as well. If you activate a new pass, then your old pass
expires, and your time starts over using the duration of the new pass.

International Pass high-speed data can be used however you like throughout the
designated time. You are not restricted to a certain amount per day.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A 512MB, 5GB, OR 15GB INTERNATIONAL PASS?

Primary account holders and authorized users can get a pass by using your
T-Mobile app, logging on to MyT-Mobile.com or following the link in the welcome
text message you receive when you enter a Simple Global country. You can also
call your Team of Experts® before your trip by dialing 611 on your mobile
device. The charges for the pass will show up on your next T-Mobile bill. If you
would like to add multiple $5 International Passes to your account at one time,
you must call your Team of Experts.

Additional users on your account can also purchase their own International
Passes. To purchase a pass for immediate use, these users simply log into the
T-Mobile app or MyT-Mobile.com account and use a credit card to purchase an
International Pass.

T-Mobile for Business customers that cannot utilize the T-Mobile app or
MyT-Mobile.com to purchase passes, must have an authorized user call Care to
have the pass(es) added.

WHAT KINDS OF NOTIFICATIONS WILL I GET WHEN I START TO RUN OUT OF HIGH-SPEED
DATA OR TIME?

When you use up 80% of your high-speed data, you will receive an SMS notifying
you of your usage. When you have used up all your high-speed data, you will
receive an SMS notification with options to buy additional passes.

DO ALL PLANS INCLUDE GLOBAL COVERAGE?

No. Pay-in-advance plans and No Credit Check plans are excluded because a credit
check is required to access this added benefit.

HOW DO I RECEIVE AND MAKE CALLS WHEN ROAMING INTERNATIONALLY, LIKE CONTACTING
T-MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE?

To make a call while you are roaming overseas, whether you're calling within the
country or to a location outside it, simply dial "+" and the country code, the
city code (if necessary), and the local number. For example, if you want to
reach T-Mobile Customer Care when you're roaming internationally, dial the plus
sign (+) followed by 1-505-998-3793 from your mobile phone or dial 611 from your
T-Mobile phone. From a landline phone, dial the International Direct Dialing
prefix for the country you are in, followed by 1-505-998-3793. T-Mobile will not
charge you for the call to Customer Care, but long-distance fees may apply if
you call from a landline phone.
