In the upcoming year, GHX Vendormate will be streamlining and standardizing the Vendormate Credentialng program to simplify credentialing compliance and help make budgeting more predictable. To help proactively address any concerns, we’ve compiled the below list of commonly asked questions, along with some helpful Vendormate program resources. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is changing? GHX Vendormate is introducing a new program for all vendors that streamlines access to services, simplifies pricing and helps make budgeting more predictable. Why is the Vendormate program changing? We heard feedback that our current access program and pricing model are complicated. To simplify things, we’re converting to a tiered structure based on a per-rep membership fee aligned to your organization’s usage of the GHX Vendormate network. What does the Vendormate program look like? Now, vendor representatives in each vendor organization will pay a per-rep fee that is aligned to the organization’s usage of the Vendormate network. Each vendor organization will fall into one of four access tiers: ACCESS 5 $275 For vendor organizations with registration access up to 5 health systems ACCESS 25 $325 For vendor organizations with registration access to 6 to 25 health systems ACCESS 99 $375 For vendor organizations with registration access to 26 to 99 health systems ACCESS UNLIMITED* CONTACT US For vendor organizations with registration access to 100 or more health systems Organizations with 100 or more employee representatives will be required to move to a corporate contract. To inquire, please contact SalesSupport@Vendormate.com When will my Vendormate membership change? If you have a Vendormate membership prior to March 1st, 2022, your membership will transition to the new program between March 1st, 2022, and June 30th, 2022. Prior to and on your transition date, you will receive communication as a reminder. What will I need to do on my transition date? If you currently pay for registration using a credit card, you will be automatically guided through the new program registration and payment process when you login to the Vendormate Credentialing application. If you previously used the “Shopping Cart” feature, you will see no changes in your membership payment. However, upon transition you will experience a new registration page that will allow you to register with new health systems. If you have an active company contract (instead of individual membership payments) you will see no immediate changes in your Vendormate Credentialing membership payment. However, upon transition you will experience a new registration page that will allow you to register with new health systems. How will this impact my current Vendormate membership? Vendors currently paying for health system relationships with credit card will be automatically guided through the new program registration and payment process upon your next login. You will be informed of your vendor’s migration date approximately two months ahead of time. Vendors with an active contract will see no change to their membership access. Do I need to start over with my health system registrations and documents, such as vaccine records? We will automatically transfer your profile information for you, including health system registrations and documents. How do I select the best access tier? When you register for the new program, we will automatically select the access tier that your organization currently qualifies for. However, if you expect that your organization will be growing its relationships with additional health systems, you may select a higher access tier. You cannot select a lower access tier.
