We have updated our Terms of Use to version 3.0 to clarify and add several
provisions to enable us to serve you more effectively and transparently.  This
version of the Terms of Use will generally be effective for current site users
on February 1, 2024.  However, the following users are subject to the updated
version prior to the previously identified date: (i) new site users as they
visit the site, (ii) site users that are registering for access after the
posting of the updated version, and (iii) existing site users if they use newly
offered features and/or functionality that are supported by the clarified and/or
added provisions.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

or otherwise.  By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understand, and
acknowledge the Site’s privacy notice(s) (“Privacy Notice”).  The Privacy Notice

From time to time, we may, in our sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use,
the Privacy Notice, and/or the Site Specific Terms, independently or in
combination, as indicated by a new version number and revision date.  The
version number includes a major number, a decimal point, and a minor number.  A
change to the major number reflects a more significant change to the terms,
while a change to the minor number reflects a less significant change to the

reaccept the updated version, (ii) sending an electronic notification advising
