The plastic eyelet at the top to tighten the ball swivel broke almost
immediately, I didn't even get a chance to use it. GoPro is replacing it for
free but I don't expect the new one to be much better. It's definitely a weak
point in the design, worst case you'll lose your camera off the mount!

Thanks for reaching out. Most of our mounts do not come with a strap. They are
meant to be handheld so you know where the camera is. You can always find a
strap online and attach it to the 3-Way 2.0.

Thanks for asking. The 3-Way 2.0 is capable of being on the board, but we think
there are better mounts. The Surfboard mount is very popular, but if you want
more of a first-person POV view, there's Bite Mount with Floaty. Or a wrist
strap.

Thanks for asking. One way is to use The Remote, which you can use to control
the camera up to 120 feet away.
