They explained all the details and guided us with the procurement of 2 machines (Q1 and Q2) that would meet our needs. The installation was done ahead of scheduled and the engineer was absolutely fantastic. The machines are a huge success within the staff group to the point that we are contemplating getting another one. A coffee machine had been requested for a long time and the device is delivering to expectations. Very good machine and company. We are very pleased at MITIE. He showed me where the fault was with our machine, he rectified it (with the new part), thoroughly cleaned the machine area and had it working before he left. He was very knowledgeable with the machine we have and guided me through the process of what to / not to do. We would highly recommend his services to anyone needing an engineer. Thank you. We had our new bean to cup coffee machine installed today at Listers BMW King's Lynn (PE30 4NA). Paul Robinson 1 review GB -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apr 5, 2023 DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LACK OF ABILITY TO REPAIR Our machine was done on a lease to buy through abbey coffee should their business to liquidline Had a fault with machine called liquidline to come out and have a look, 2minutes they were here told use sensors need to replace and they didn’t have parts on the van had to order them they left never heard anything from them. Received a phone call today saying they will take us to court as we haven’t paid our bill. Emails went to junk mail, no letters sent through the post and also never returned to fix the fault, luckly it hasn’t don it again yet. Poor customer services, £174 just for call out and to top it off they never came back to us with new sensors. I have looked into this for you and I can confirm that the engineer attended the day after the machine issue was logged, the engineer was on site for twenty minutes and he was able to fix the issue. The engineer then said if the issue happens again parts would then need to be ordered and I am glad to hear that the machine has been working for you since the engineer visit and that no parts were required. We have our storage cupboard up a set of stairs and he is always really helpful actually taking it up there for us. Good response time when I first reported the problem on the phone. Good response time receiving my first email and after I sent a follow up question that was answered promptly too. I was impressed to get a subsequent email when we went quiet, checking to see if we'd managed to solve the problem ourselves. When the engineer, Glenn came he was marvellous. A good listener who investigated thoroughly, solved the problem, explained it and spotted room for improvement, booking in a call for a filter change on another piece of your equipment we have. Very pleasant bloke on top of all that, in spite of having a very full schedule.
