In Sunrise, for most parts, quantities ranging from 1 to 200+ can be completed

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL MINIMUM WALL THICKNESS OF ALUMINUM DIE CASTING PARTS FOR
SUNRISE?

The minimum wall thickness is very much dependent on the overall part size and
design. For example, a 0.8mm wall thickness may be possible if it’s localized
but is not possible if it is across the entire length of the 200mm long part.
Generally, the optimum wall thickness is 2mm to 4mm.  And again, it is related
to the overall size of the piece.


CAN SUNRISE MAKE VACUUM TOOLING AND VACUUM DIE CASTING?

Yes, Sunrise has a vacuum system and now makes automobile vacuum die casting
parts with this system.


CAN SUNRISE DO LEAKAGE TEST IN HOUSE?

Yes, Sunrise can do both liquid and dry leakage tests in-house.
