Nabila Babar could not responsibly manage her own campaign committee that
violated campaign finance laws per the Ohio Election Commission.

Nabila Babar touts her experience on her HOA Board to become trustee, however,
Babar was overwhelmingly voted off her neighborhood HOA board (of which she was
the president) by her own neighbors after residents felt there was
mismanagement, a lack of transparency, a lack of responsiveness, and poor
leadership.

doctor’s conduct constituted commission of an act that constitutes a felony in
this state, specifically Illegal Processing of Drug Documents.”

MINUTES OF THE OHIO ELECTIONS COMMISSION MEETING – AUGUST 24, 2023

Mr. Richter outlines the case and explains the basis for his recommendation to
find a violation but for good cause shown not impose a fine or refer the matter
for further prosecution. Mr. Lyall moved to accept Mr. Richter’s recommendation.
Mr. Quolke seconded the motion. The motion passed 6 – 0.
