It is so HARD to find a place that succeeds in every category. However, the way
the pain management, Clinic is operated, is so smooth! From the reception desk
to getting prepped and then seeing your specific procedural team, no one seems
stressed so the morale must be excellent because there is a an overall calming
feeling, and everyone just works in sync! Dr. Nicole, Khetani alongside her team
are excellent. This was brand new to me. I didn’t even know clinics of this kind
existed and now I look forward to going! Dr. Khetani's team is very
knowledgeable can break things down when explaining if needed and has amazing
rapport and bedside manner not to mention skill sets. Additional facts starting
from appointment reminders to making sure when it is time to leave (you would
never be rushed out of bed) the staff support you while facilitating a stable
handoff in care to your designated contact. Aesthetically the clinic is modern
it is very very clean.

short of exemplary.

The facility is a testament to cleanliness and organization, offering a safe,

Every corner, from the waiting area to the treatment rooms, is meticulously
maintained, reflecting the high standards of the center.

A week, yes only a week!, after an insightful consultation, I underwent a
procedure that was executed with precision, utilizing advanced image guidance
technology. The level of skill and care exhibited by Dr. McCallum and his team
was reassuring and indicative of their wealth of experience.

Post-procedure, I have experienced significant relief. Although there is still a
level of discomfort, the intensity has diminished markedly, making daily life
more manageable and enjoyable.

Since the moment you enter the clinic to the minute you leave the extension of

The medical team is phenomenal the nurses are fun and they make you feel

Took my mum to an appointment, as she was recommended by her orthopedic surgeon.
The doctor was patient and treated my elderly mother with kindness and respect.
From the receptionist at the start of her appointment until we left, it was a
