My experience with Felicia Fields was terrible, I found her to be a liar and
putting her interest and clients interest first over tenants . While moving
out of a home during COVID-19 I was handled without any care, remind you that
I was never late for rent over 7 years, never an issue, home was cleaned
minus regular wear and tear, grass wasn’t cut but after everything my deposit
took a tremendous hit for so called repair. In which one high quote was used
because it wasn’t her money. As I recall my tenancy at that home she would
never come to the home to govern repairs which was her job to insure the jobs
were done properly, but instead I would have to leave work every time to
insure the work was done on the home I rented. She only wanted to collect
rent and sign leases.
